Delivery, Returns, and Exchanges

DELIVERY OF ORDER

    1. Delivery Costs. The costs of delivery will be as displayed to you on our Site.
      The local shipping cost is two bahraini dinars, and the customer is the one who bears the shipping cost upon return or exchange without any cost from the kampoos, in case the kampoos makes a mistake,  kampoos is the one that bears the shipping cost and payment confirmation will be by e-mail
    2. Delivery Date. This information will be displayed to you on our Site.
    3. Delivery Delays:
      1. if our supply of the product is delayed by an event outside of our control, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay;
      2. if no one is available at your address to take delivery and the products cannot be posted through your letterbox, we will notify you of how to rearrange delivery or collect the product;
      3. if you do not collect the product from us as arranged or if, after a failed delivery to you, you do not re-arrange delivery or collect them from a delivery depot, we will contact you for further instructions. If despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery or collection, we will cancel your order.
    4. Delivery from Overseas. Note that you might be considered the importer of record in the event that your order requires delivery from overseas. In such an instance, you are required to ensure that your ordered products can be lawfully imported, comply with all laws and regulations, and to pay all fees and customs duties relevant to your purchase. In relation to customs issues, please also note the following:
      1. that when ordering products that require delivery from overseas, you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which may be imposed once the package reaches the specified destination;
      2. that any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne directly by you and we have no control over these charges;
      3. customs policies vary between countries, so you should contact your local customs office for further information (in relation to customs processes and applicable charges); and
      4. you should be aware that deliveries from overseas may be subject to opening and inspection by customs officials in the destination country.
    5. Title to Products. A product will be considered owned by you and your responsibility from the time we deliver the product to the delivery address and you have paid for the product.
    6. Invoice. We will issue an electronic invoice for your purchase and send such an invoice to the email address you provided to us. 

Scope of Responsibility:

Kampoos Bahrain provides its services either through Directly through Kampoos Bahrain.

Depending on the status of the orders, consumers can request for cancellation, return, and refund, which is permissible by Kampoos Bahrain before orders have been processed and/or delivered. Once products have been processed, shipped.

Cancellation:

Products:

Kampoos Bahrain permits cancellation prior to the processing of the order and/or shipping process and in accordance with the seller’s policy.

Consumers can cancel their order within the time-frame specified in the invoice and their refund will be processed in full.

Cancellation is permissible according to the following reasons:

  • Items/services are not delivered within the promised time-frame.
  • The seller has materially changed the item’s description after the order has been placed or a clear typographical error has been made
  • Change of mind

If the item/service has been processed or shipped, the consumer shall refer to the seller’s policy, as the seller might impose charges relating to the shipping and/or payment process.

Services:

Kampoos Bahrain permits cancellation prior to the processing of the scheduled appointment.

The cancellation time is subject to the seller’s policy and/or type of service.

Kampoos Bahrain, as a vendor:

In regards to Kampoos Bahrain’s policy concerning cancellation, Kampoos Bahrain permits cancellation prior to the shipping process and/or the commencement of the order and the consumer shall receive a full refund. However, if the consumer cancels the order after the product/service has been shipped, he/she shall be liable to pay the cancellation charge, which includes shipping and payment process fees, provided that cancellation is not due to an error from Kampoos Bahrain. If the consumer cancels the order after Kampoos Bahrain commences working on the order due to reasons other than Kampoos Bahrain’s fault, Kampoos Bahrain will deduct the costs reasonably incurred from the refund.

Return Policy:

Exchange and return are allowed within a period of 5 days, and the shipping cost and price difference are borne by the customer

If a return is due to Kampoos Bahrain’s error, Kampoos Bahrain shall bear the costs of returning, delivering, repairing, and all other costs incurred in recovering the product/service, otherwise, the consumer will be refunded.
